Another one of the earliest golf courses in the Marbella region of the Costa Del Sol, the Rio Real combines stunning views of lush rolling hills out to the Mediterranean Sea, with a generous and pleasantly flat course that is easily walked, in contrast to many of the up-and-down courses in the area. 

The wide fairways and expansive greens, always impeccably maintained, are complimented by the river that cuts the course several times. 

A long time Costa Del Sol favourite.

Great emphasis is on the appearance of this course and this is reflected in all the other facilities found in and around the course.

Firstly, the hotel is some what special with a luxury and Andalucian feel to it which is noticeable in the rooms that you stay in.

The resort also has a wellness and beauty centre where you can relax with a massage or have exfoliating and facial treatments.

Like with the rest of the hotel, the restaurant has a fresh Andalucian theme to it whilst maintaining a presence of luxury.

Even by excluding all these added bonuses of staying at the Rio Real, just playing a round at this course is fantastic.

The lush scenery and great design of this course really does make this course a must to play.
