These two stunning courses, both designed by Robert Trent Jones, are among the most popular on the Costa Del Sol. 

You won’t find any steep hills and thin air here, just generous fairways set among fragrant olive trees, lush, rolling greens and cunningly placed sand and water traps which make for an easy-going yet challenging day’s golf. 

The first course, ‘Los Olivos’ got named this because of the amount of trees scattered around it.

This course is smaller than ‘Los Lagos’ and has less hazards and so is probably more suitable for player’s with a higher handicap.

As just mentioned, ‘Los Lagos’ has many more water hazards and bunkers for you to compete against. With it’s nine lakes and numerous bunkers this course is more suited for the strategic player.

The course has a number of other features as well from a pro shop that sells designer clothes and golf equipment to it having a restaurant and bar.

If you enjoy the course so much there are also a number of properties that look out on to the course for you to purchase.

Many regulars to the region wouldn’t dream of leaving without playing both Mijas courses at least once during their stay.
