La Noria is a delightful little 9 hole course, located within walking distance of the wonderful La Cala de Mijas village.
Designed to provide something for everyone, from beginners to experienced players, La Noria offers some unique and fun holes from cheeky par 3s to a miniature epic par 5, incorporating no fewer than three lakes and a winding river which play a role in each one.
The course is fairly new as it only opened in 2003 and it is reflected by its characteristic features. The course is flat and as just mentioned has three lakes and a winding river; making the holes fun but at the same time tricky.
The added aspect of the layout of the course and surrounding scenery makes this course a nice and relaxing day out.
The course has a number of facilities including a pro shop, a driving range, changing rooms, restaurant, putting and chipping greens, rental clubs and lessons are available with the pro.
As the course is relatively flat and only nine holes, the course doesn’t have buggies but you can rent a trolley if necessary.
