Located near the scenic port of La Duquesa between Sotogrande and Estepona, La Duquesa is another Sunshine Coast course that offers excellent views of both the mountains and Mediterranean. 

Designed by Robert Trent Jones to accommodate both new and experienced golfers with a range of fun yet challenging holes, this course really rewards accurate driving and allows players to test their judgement with a series of fiendish undulating greens. 

Thoroughly rewarding and refreshing, La Duquesa comes highly recommended.

The course is known as one of the most diversified and spectacular courses on the coast, mainly to do with its jaw-dropping design but also the views and surrounding scenery, with many holes over-looking the marina.

It’s length is over 6, 700 metres long and consists of a variety of holes with 5 par three’s, 8 par fours and 5 par five’s.

The course’s layout is quite specific with the front nine being narrow fairways and fair pin positions but the back nine are a real joy for any golfer with the option to have a crack a smacking your tee-shot because the fairways are nice and wide.

The positioning of the pins are some what of a challenge, with specific areas to make sure no hole is easy.
