Renowned for its friendly atmosphere and excellent facilities, the Estepona course, set in the glorious foothills of the Sierra Bermeja, is a favourite of both locals and regular visitors, and boasts the longest hole of any golf course in spain (at the time of writing), the famous ‘Ski run’ par 5 at a majestic 568m.

The friendliness of the Estepona extends to their buzzing bar and restaurant, where you may find yourself whiling away somewhat more time than you had planned for.

The Golf course is privately owned and their policy is a ’pay and play’ which is ideal for visiting golfers who maybe want to experience a number of courses during their stay on the Costa Del Sol.

Originally designed by Jose Luis Lopez, the course opened in 1989 and has received great support and love as the course’s natural environment stands out.

The course has a number of rare species and variations of trees, from olive trees to palm trees but the overall beauty and design of the course is what makes this course so popular with locals.

Truly one of Spain’s most pleasurable golfing experiences.
