The Doña Julia Golf Resort is one of the most ambitious courses to be built on the Costa Del Sol and probably the meain reason is that it is designed by the famous architect Antonio Garcia Garrido of Malaga.

The course has been designed in association with the US Golf Association which takes in to account drainage, tees, positioning of bunkers and also greens.

It features huge, beautifully kept greens and a variety of layouts which make it a real pleasure to play no matter what your individual skill level.

The greens are sown with Agrostis Pen-G2 grass with an average size of 700m2 the greens can easily be hit.

The first 9 holes are a real adventure, long and meandering, taking the player through woods, lakes and rivers, while the back 9 is a shorter, more airy affair with a superb sea view. 

Challenging without being too hard, the Doña Julia is a fantastic experience for the more adventurous player.

The facilities include a club house that will be situated in the Park Hyatt Hotel, a practice course measuring over 300 metres long and a International Golf school to help improve the golfer’s technique.

During high season the price of 18 wholes increases but even so is still a competitive and fair price.
